To promote legal literacy amongst the public, advocates, practitioners, government and educators whilst curating adults’ social care law and legal principles – for the whole sector – ensuring that human rights and public law principles remain at the forefront of decision making – so as to underpin the public’s legal rights and the public sector’s duties
Our Mission:
To support as many people as possible with information about the 2014 Care Act, enabling them to receive the best care or support plans they are entitled to through their assessments and care or support plans.
Our Aims:
To train the next generation of legal framework experts – because without remedies, and people to navigate through them – there are no real rights to be enjoyed.
