Community care services – assessments
Consent order agreed containing various undertakings to complete lawful assessments and works of adaptations, following an application for judicial review of the local authority’s failure to complete, timeously or at all, assessments under the Carers (Recognition of Services) Act 1995, NHS and Community Care Act 1990, Children Act 1989 and Chronically Sick and Disabled Person’s Act 1970.
